An asset register is nothing without the ability to report on the data collected. Capture-fm® fulfils this requirement with an advanced reporting system. You can quickly and easily report on your recorded data by using one of the many included reports (such as Assets within a location, Depreciation records, PAT testing schedules and many more - 30 are provided as standard).
The Reports module of Capture-fm® utilises the industry standard Crystal Reports package from SAP to create reports. This means you can use the existing reports within the software or indeed custom design your own.
Whether you need to know about PAT records, Asset movements, Financial information or just create an asset register, the solution is only a couple of clicks away and is generated within a matter of seconds.
All reports can be exported to several different formats (such as PDF, XLS, DOC). It is also possible to add your own custom reports and publish them to every user within your organisation. Although building your own reports through Crystal Reports is relatively easy we realise that not everyone will have the knowledge to do this and so we offer a competitively priced report creation service to all of our clients.
